[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J.] The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to release the Petitioner's son namely, Baskar, son of Raman 1/3
(Life Convict Number CT.No.14863) now confined in Central Prison, Trichy on parole for a period of 90 days without escort by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 7.5.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Mr.S.Ravi,learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State/respondents would state that though the Petitioner sought for 90 days leave to undergo treatment, the second respondent had considered the request of the Petitioner and granted 30 days of ordinary leave vide order, dated 18.06.2021. The said order is placed on record.
4.In the light of the above, we are of the opinion that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
