This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the petitioner's son/Accused in Cr.No.175 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police on the same day of surrender.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
