ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report after completion of investigation in Crime No.285 of 2010 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in the case in Cr.No.285 of 2010 investigation was completed and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and Referred Charge-Sheet was also served to the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said closure report was not received by the petitioner and he request to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for seeking remedy before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law.

5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed directing the second respondent to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Card. On receipt of the closure report, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law.
