Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2015 and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner to the aforesaid property on an extent of 2 1⁄2 cents bearing Survey No.269/5A3 in Padanthal Village of Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for grant of patta by considering his representation dated 13.10.2015.

3.Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even before making such representation on 13.10.2015, the petitioner has made several other representations earlier, no copies of such representations are filed before this Court.

4.Therefore, this Court has to take the representation dated 13.10.2015 as the one filed by the petitioner seeking for grant of patta. As the said representation is made just a month ago, the petitioner has to wait for reasonable time for passing appropriate orders by the respondents. act. Therefore, this Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court and file a Writ petition seeking for disposal of the above said representation, if the same is not disposed of within a reasonable time by the respondent. No costs.
