Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2016, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Kumbakonam.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2016, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai to Sub Court, Kumbakonam. 2.Even according to the petitioner, the evidence in H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2016 is over and at the instance of the respondent/husband, it was re-opened for cross-examination of R.W.1 only. Since the proceedings are almost completed, I don't think it will be in the interest of justice to transfer the matter to another Court as it will cause further delay. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The Family Court, Sivagangai is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2016 on or before 31.05.2017 and report such disposal to this Court. No costs.
