ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the accused and he was arrested by the respondent police on 22.03.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 174 Cr.P.C., @ 306 of IPC, in Crime No.80 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation has already been over and only awaiting for chemical analysis report.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than 32 days, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
