PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service in the 3rd respondent society with back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant monetary and service benefits by considering his representation dated 11.12.2025. Mr.V.Om Prakash, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into the service of the third respondent society, with back wages, continuity of service, and all other attendant monetary benefits.

5. When the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. V. Om Prakash, learned Government Advocate, fairly submitted that the order passed in T.N.S.C. No. 1 of 2016, dated 17.12.2021, by the appellate authority under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947, will be implemented by the third respondent within a period of four weeks from today.

6. Without going into the merits of the case, and taking into consideration the fact that the order passed by the first respondent dated 17.12.2021 has attained finality, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to implement the said order dated 17.12.2021 within a period of four weeks from today.

7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
