Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 4993/ 2018 in CRL OP(MD)NO.7530 of 2018 To cancel the Anticipatory bail granted to the respondent / Accused in Crl.OP(MD)No. 7530/2018 dated 03.05.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.G.ANANDA DEVI,GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE, for the petitioner in both petitions, and of Mr.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Mr.Subash Babu, learned counsel appearing for the accused stated that the matter has been amicably resolved and that the accused will have to make some more balance payment to the defacto complainant and that they would clear the said liability within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.I am of the view that these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions can be closed. Of course, it will be open to the defacto complainant to seek reopening of this proceeding, if the accused do not abide by the undertaking given.
