ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 21(2) of Tamil Nadu Forest Act and 2(16) (a)(b)(c), (20), (36), 9, 39 and 51 of Wildlife Protection Act, in WOR.No.1 of 2018, on the file of the respondent, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioners along with others have hunted the wild gaur. The offences against the wild animals are will have to be viewed very seriously. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
