O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the petition to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.869 of 2016, pending before the Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the Principal Sub Court, Pudukottai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.218 of 2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, both parties present with their respective counsel. It is represented that the matter has been settled and they have reunited and H.M.O.P.Nos.869 of 2016 and 218 of 2016 are going to be withdrawn. 3.In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and an endorsement to that effect is also made by him.

4.Both parties also endorsed the petition.

5.In view of the representation and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
