ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to issue a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner with the third respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by one Rathinasamy, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.237/CM Cell/DCP/N/TRC/2023 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that with regard to the civil dispute between the parties, O.S.No.97 of 2023 is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tirchirapalli. Both the parties appeared before the enquiry officer and they are agreed that they will work out their remedy in the pending suit. On that undertaking, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the pending suit. 11.04.2023 NCC :
