ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The fourth respondent is claiming title over the property by way of a registered sale deed registered on the file of the third respondent. Questioning the same, the petitioner has filed a petition before the first respondent. The case of the writ petitioner is that the said property belongs to Vinayagar Temple and the order passed by the jurisdictional Tahsildar prima facie supports the case of the writ petitioner. In any event, I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to take a call in the matter. The first respondent shall enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the fourth respondent on notice before passing final order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
