W.P.[MD]No.10879 of 2022 when the members of the Kumaran Kudil and Kumaran Layout Welfare Residential Association objected to it, the authorities are now planning to install the water tank in another area and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. It is made clear that we have only recorded the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and that we have not given any finding.
