Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to survey the Petitioner's land comprised in S.No.287/2 at Sivasailam Village,Ambasamuthiram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the Petitioner's application dated 26.09.2013 after giving opportunity to the second respondent herein within the period stipulated by this Court.
