ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 to A5, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) TNP Act and 4(A) TNP Act, in Crime No.56 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and a false case has been foisted against them. He further submitted that the co-accused viz., A1 was granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused A1 was granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.

7.It is made clear that if the petitioners fails to comply with the condition as stipulated above by this Court, the respondent police is directed to move an application for cancellation of bail before this Court immediately.
