ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.72 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 323, 355, 506(ii) and 379 (NH) IPC, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.This Court by order, dated 12.04.2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions and also directed the Registry to place the matter before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court for reaching an amicable settlement. It is now reported by the Mediator that the defacto complainant failed to appear for mediation and hence, the mediation could not be processed. 3.In view of the above facts, since the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail, no further order is required. The conditions imposed by this Court, dated 12.04.2024 shall stand good.
