PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order bearing Ref.No.Nil dated 02.08.2022 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as improper, illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and arbitrary and consequently direct the third respondent to close the Kamadhenu Deposit No.1778401003153/1 dated 30.09.2016 outstanding with the third respondent of Rs.11,50,000/- with its maturity proceeds inclusive of cumulative interest till date of settlement of entire amount.
