O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Block Health Supervisor working at Vallam Block, challenging his order of deputation from Vallam Block to Thiruvonam Block.

2. At the time of admission, interim orders were granted by this Court and the petitioner is retained at Vallam Block.

3. Pending writ petition, the Block Health Supervisor post at Thiruvonam Block has been filled up by another candidate by the orders of the first respondent herein.

4. In view of the above said facts, the order impugend in this writ petition has become unenforceable. Nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
