ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A3 and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.03.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(i) of I.P.C., r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.412 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are in custody from 27.03.2016 and a false case has been foisted against them for an offence punishable under Section 452, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(i) of I.P.C., r/w Sections 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are in judicial custody
from 27.03.2016, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks from today without fail and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
