: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conclude the enquiry proceedings on the charge memo framed against the petitioner by the fourth respondent as per the articles of charge in Ref.No.ZOK:Vig:CS:31514:2015-16 dated 31.08.2015 based on the explanation submitted by the petitioner dated 09.09.2015, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and to exonerate the petitioner from the charges and to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential and other attendant benefits and to pass such further or other orders. ************ The writ petition lies in a narrow compass. The petitioner was issued a charge memo by the fourth respondent as per the articles of charge in Ref.No.ZOK:Vig:CS:31514:2015-16 dated 31.08.2015. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner seeks for a direction to the fourth respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2.It is stated that though the petitioner gave an explanation dated 09.09.2015, an Enquiry Officer is yet to be appointed and no witnesses are examined. In the circumstances, direction is issued to the fourth respondent to pass final order in the disciplinary proceeding relating to the charge memo dated 31.08.2015, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
