ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as the sole accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.03.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 427 and 307 IPC in Crime No.147 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 25.03.2016 onwards and a false case has been foisted against him.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation is almost over and he further submitted that the injured has been discharged from hospital.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 25.03.2016 and the injured person has been discharged from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner
with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
