Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. Though the private respondents have been served and their names are also printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on their behalf.

3. The petitioner has given a complaint against the private respondents making some serious allegations. The matter has been enquired into by the second respondent. It appears that the enquiry is now posted to 30.09.2020 for recording the statement of the private respondents.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the entire enquiry proceedings will be concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
