ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 294(b), 465, 471, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2016 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that a case has been registered in Crime No.25 of 2016 on 16.04.2016 for offence under Sections 419, 465, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C., and he has also produced copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition in the above crime number.
