ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her husband in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the name of the respondent Police Station has been wrongly mentioned as Thiruppalai Police Station instead of Koodal Pudur Police Station and hence, he seeks to modified the same.

3. In view of the said submission, names of the respondents 3 & 4 are modified as follows;

"3. The Inspector of Police, Koodal Pudur Police Station, Madurai District.

4. Mr.parthiban, Koodal Pudur Police Station, Madurai City."

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents 1 to 4 and also perused the materials placed on record.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 futher submits that on receipt of the complaint, the respondent police conducted the investigation and registered a case against the petitioner.

6. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
