: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2015 and to pass orders on the papers presented by the second respondent in R.C.No.2901/268/A1/2012 dated 14.12.2013 and subsequent communication dated 13.08.2015 requesting the first respondent to accord permission to declare the date of 'B' list for 'C' list prepared to promote the petitioner from the post of Special Sub Inspector (Armed Reserve) to Sub Inspector (Armed Reserve) under promotion quota in respect of Dindigul Range for the panel year 2012 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

************ This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2015 and to pass orders on the papers presented by the second respondent in R.C.No.2901/268/A1/2012 dated 13.08.2015 requesting the first respondent to accord permission to declare the date of 'B' list for 'C' list prepared to promote the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner from the post of Special Sub Inspector (Armed Reserve) to Sub Inspector (Armed Reserve) under promotion quota in respect of Dindigul Range for the panel year 2012 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Taking into account of the limited prayer made, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass orders on the proposal sent by the second respondent in R.C.No.2901/268/A1/2012 dated 14.12.2013 and subsequent communication dated 13.08.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
