Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members without any legally sustainable complaint and to direct the second respondent to follow the guideline issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in D.K.Basu (1997 1 SCC 416) case in matters pertaining to arrest or interrogation.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent/defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.02.2021. The said submission is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
