This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.228 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of this petition, the first respondent Police conducted investigation in Cr.No.228 of 2021 and filed charge sheet before the concerned trial Court.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.02.2024 NCC :
