ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy.

2.This Court attempted to call the parties in order to compromise the issue. However, inspite of best efforts, the parties were not able to compromise with each other.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in M.C.No.5 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The personal appearance of the petitioners shall be dispensed with and they shall be represented by a counsel. The petitioners shall be present before the Court as and when the Court below insist for their personal appearance.
