ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in FIR in Crime No.420 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that in view of the policy decision taken by the Government, further action has been dropped by the first respondent police in Crime No.420 of 2020.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is clsoed.
