ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 24.08.2022, made in W.P.(MD) No.19421 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader assisted by the Executive Officer, Udangudi Town Panchayat, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, made a submission that the encroacher himself has demolished the encroached area and the said facts were verified by the competent authorities. The Executive Officer/second respondent herein, who is present before this Court, made a submission that the encroachments in the road had already been removed. That being the factum, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Petition.
