This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to provide a path way to reach the 'Grave Yard' of Schedule Caste Parayar community people, situated at S.No.45/6, Kodi Kottai Village, Maviduthikottai Post, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2023. 2/5

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
