ORDER

The respondent in A.S.No.1 of 2004, on the file of the District Court, Tuticorin, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.43 of 2019.

2.The revision petitioner as plaintiff has filed the suit for the relief of recovery of possession. The suit was decreed. The application filed by the respondent herein seeking tenancy rights have been dismissed and confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The defendant has filed A.S.No.1 of 2004, and the said appeal was dismissed for default on 05.10.2016. The defendant has filed I.A.No.43 of 2019, to restore the said appeal. It is being kept pending for the past six years. Hence, the present revision petition. 3.Considering the above said facts, the District Court, Tuticorin, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.43 of 2019, on or before 31.07.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
