ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents herein from in any manner interfering with the civil dispute except in accordance with law and on the basis of her representation dated 17.05.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondents called the petitioner for enquiry continuously and harassed him. In this regard, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 17.05.2021 to the first respondent. However, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7135 of 2021 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Whatever might be the circumstances, the first respondent police are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2021 by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
