This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.60 of 2016 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.60 of 2016 is almost completed and prayed for one month time to file a final report. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
