ORDER
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the second respondent/Joint Sub Registrar, Nilakkottai Sub Registrar Office, Dindigul District to register the sale deed, which had been filed by the petitioner.
2.A direction is given to the petitioner to make an online application and present the sale deed for registration. If it is otherwise in order and the second respondent has no objection, the same may be registered. If there is any objection, the same may be noted in the form of refusal checkslip and issued to the petitioner. 3.As on date, the writ petition is superfluous. No further order is passed. However, the second respondent is directed to pass necessary orders, if the sale deed is again presented for registration by the petitioner. 2/4
