ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed seeking transfer of investigation, pursuant to the F.I.R pending in Crime No.202 of 2021 from the file of the second respondent to some other investigating officer or to some other impartial investigation agency.

2. The leaned Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and the final report has also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Eraniel on 10.06.2021, and it is yet to be taken on file and hence, the request of transfer of investigation has became infructuous.
