************ The husband of the petitioner, who was employed in the respondent office as a Field Assistant, died on 10.01.2013, while he was in service. The petitioner submitted an application to the respondent on 12.06.2013 seeking compassionate appointment.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that no order was passed on the petitioner's representation. The petitioner also made another representation dated 15.09.2015 and the said application is kept pending and hence, she has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to dispose of her application dated 12.06.2013 seeking compassionate appointment on merits and in accordance with law. 3.In view of the limited prayer made, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 12.06.2013 and 15.09.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
