ORDER

Charge memo, dated 30.09.2015 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 & 4 states that the learned Single Judge granted an interim stay of the charge memo. Challenging the said order, the Management https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)No.19 of 2016 and the interim order granted in the writ petition was stayed by the Division Bench. Thus, the Management proceed with the enquiry proceedings against the writ petitioner and concluded the Departmental Disciplinary Proceedings and passed the final order imposing the punishment of terminating from service in proceedings dated 17.03.2016. 3.In view of the fact that disciplinary proceedings were concluded and final order has been passed by the authorities concerned, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the writ petition filed challenging the charge memo. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
