O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conduct enquiry and file the final report, in Crime No.31 of 2016, before the concerned forum, the petitioners have come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the respondent Police has closed the case in Crime No.31 of 2016, as mistake of fact on 18.01.2016 after due investigation, and filed a closure report before the jurisdictional Magistrate. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is

closed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
