:Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction and disburse all retirement and monetary benefits of the petitioner including the benefits for incentive increments in pursuant to the pension proposal submitted by the fifth respondent dated nil with the accrued interest thereon within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

********* The petitioner was a B.T Assistant in the fifth respondent school, which is an aided school. He retired from service on 31.01.2015 on reaching the age of superannuation.

2.According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent sent a proposal for sanction of terminal benefits to the fourth respondent. According to him, the fourth respondent has to pass necessary orders and forward the same to the third respondent for approval and passing order relating to the grant of pension and thereafter, the matter has to be forwarded to the first respondent for sanction of terminal benefits. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the third and fourth respondents have not passed any orders on the proposal sent by the fifth respondent school relating to the terminal benefits of the petitioner. Hence, he is before this Court.
4.In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to pass order on the proposal sent by the fifth respondent relating to the terminal benefits payable to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
