Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conduct enquiry and file the final report, in Crime No.132 of 2013, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the respondent Police has closed the case in Crime No.132 of 2013 as mistake of fact as early as on 05.03.2015, after due investigation, and filed a closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.
