O R D E R

The petitioner is an employee in TASMAC shop. He was placed under suspension by the impugned order, dated 25.05.2015 and he has questioned the said suspension order in the writ petition. 2.Heard both sides.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though six months have lapsed, no disciplinary proceedings has been initiated and therefore, this Court may interfere with the order of suspension. 4.On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent can complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months.

5.In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders on the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the subsistence allowance shall be paid to the petitioner, if not already paid, and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

arrears if any shall be paid upto November 2015 within a period of three weeks and the subsistence allowance from December 2015 shall be paid on or before 10th of January 2016 and the same shall be continued until passing of the final order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
