ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, he received a life threat from the third respondent and thereby, he sent a representation on 11.03.2024 and the same has not been considered so far. Hence, filed this petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that no such occurrence had taken place as alleged by the petitioner. There is a dispute with respect to the property and thereby, police protection cannot be granted.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the same has also been closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4

Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and closed by the second respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. More over, there is a property dispute between the parties.
