ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner to vacate the fourth respondent from the house property measuring to an extent of 9 cents, situated in S.No.236/2B, Deivendranallur Village, Kumukkottai Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, based on the complaint dated 26.04.2021.

2.It is seen that the petitioner had purchased the said property the petitioner thereafter, the petitioner was issued patta and it is aggrieved by the fourth respondent. Then, the fourth respondent filed a petition before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Paramakudi, for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the petitioner. But, it was dismissed and aggrieved by the same, the fourth respondent filed an appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Ramanad and it is pending.
3.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
