... Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to declare the petitioner's B.E. Exam results for the third semester and arresrs papers (Old Reg. No. 921512103007 and New Register No. 921513103501 and to issue Marks Statements enabling the petitioner to get B.E. (Civil Engineering) Degree Certificate and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend the third year B.E. Mechanical Engineering Classes and Practical Classes and to permit the petitioner to write the ensuing university semester examinations to complete his B.E. Civil Engineering Degree and to pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. published.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the University has submitted that the result was published. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to close the writ petition.

3.Hence, a direction is issued to issue mark statement relating to third semester if not already issued. Further, the learned counsel for the University states that if the petitioner has requisite attendance for the subsequent semester, he would be permitted to write the examination.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is also closed.
