O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 26.06.2024 in W.P(MD)No. 5930 of 2024 in true letter and spirit.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of the court is complied with by issuing proceedings dated 02.04.2025 by the Joint Director of Collegiate Education (Finance) rejecting the appointment of the petitioner as Office Assistant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the receipt of the order dated 02.04.2025.

4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no adjudication is required in this contempt petition.

5. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.

6. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner liberty is granted to challenge the order dated 02.04.2025 passed by the Joint Director, Collegiate Education(Finance), Chennai, in the appropriate forum, if, so advised.
