Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SURI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. While granting bail to the petitioner this Court had imposed a condition that the petitioner shall furnish two blood sureties.
3. Though the petitioner's wife and sister-in-law are ready to offer sureties, they are unable to enter Tamilnadu on account of lock down restrictions. The petitioner states that he will furnish two local sureties for the present and later, substitute them by blood sureties, after the lock down restrictions are lifted. I find that the request is reasonable. The petitioner is in judicial custody for more than ten months. Hence, the condition imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
already is modified and the petitioner is permitted to furnish two local sureties.
