PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry on the alleged complaint given by the third respondent.

O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, without due process of law. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4.It is made clear now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
