ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to permit the petitioners to withdraw the undisputed amount of Rs.30,00,000/- along with proportionate accrued interest and costs, which was deposited by the respondent

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is evident from the records that this Court in C.M.P.(MD)No.19671 of 2025 vide order dated 12.01.2026 directed the respondent to deposit the admitted liability of Rs.30,00,000/- along with accrued interest and costs to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.1604 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special District Court, Madurai. In pursuance of the said direction, the respondent deposited the said amount.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the admitted liability. 2/3

5. Considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the admitted liability of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only) together with accrued interest and costs as per the apportionment fixed by the Tribunal on filing necessary application before the Tribunal and the share of the minor second respondent shall be deposited in any one of the Nationalised Banks till he attain majority.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
