Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondent No.2 to disburse the payment to the petitioner with regard to the works pertaining to the valuation No.83/17-18 dated 01.09.2017 to a tune of Rs.3,00,000/- with 12 percent interest per annum and valuation No.99/16-17 work order dated 13.10.2016 to a tune of amount Rs.3,40,000/- with 12 percent interest per annum. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD)No.640 of 2020 Writ Petition has been complied with. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent also submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court, an order has been passed on 13.08.2020 and the same has been received by the petitioner on 18.08.2020.

2.Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
